Where do I get tickets?

Yes

When do single day tickets go on sale?
Single day admissions are put on sale at the gate depending on availability

Do tickets sell out?
They have not in the past, however, this is the sixth year for the festival, each year attendence has increased at least 50%

What is the capacity of the Heritage Port Amphitheater?
Sold out capacity would be 5000 attendees

How much is a child's ticket?
Children under 10, accompanied by an adult, are admitted free of charge

Can I come and go as I please?
Yes, you will be issued wristbands that allow you to enter and exit as you wish during festival hours

When do I get my tickets?
Tickets are mailed a minimum of two weeks prior to the event, your email receipt serves as proof of purchase

Are there reserved seat tickets?
VIP tickets include your choice of any amphitheater seat and admission to the after-jams at local establishments

Do I need to bring a chair?
Folding chairs are provided in the Amphitheater

Are coolers allowed?
Small coolers that fit under your chair are allowed. No glass, cans or alcohol may be brought into the Heritage Port Ampitheater

Is there food and beverage on site?
Yes, reasonably priced food and beverage are for sale at the festival

What is the distance of the hotels included in the package?
Two to three city blocks

Would the festival be canceled due to weather?
Only the most extreme weather circumstances, that could theaten your safety, is reason for cancellation
