Can I come and go as I please?
Yes, your pass includes a HMBF wristband that allow you to enter and exit as you wish during festival hours.
When do I get my passes?
Do you offer Hotel Packages?
The McLure Hotel is the official HMBF host hotel. You can contact them directly for Festival Packages and find other hotels that offer HMBF discounts on our Hotel page.

Do I need to bring a chair?

Is food and beverage available at the festival?
Could the festival be canceled due to weather?
Only the most extreme weather circumstances that could threaten the safety of attendees will result in cancellation.
What kind of bathroom facilities are available?
There are well-maintained restrooms at the WesBanco Arena located on Water Street at the south end of the festival, as well as portable facilities at the North end.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes. The Heritage Port Amphitheater is wheelchair accessible. If additional assistance is needed please alert an HMBF volunteer at the main gate.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed but must remain on leash at all times and are only permitted in the outside grassy perimeter of the amphitheater. Please clean up after your dog and be mindful of other pets in the area.
Are umbrellas allowed?
Yes, umbrellas are permitted but please be respectful to guests behind and around you. Large shade umbrellas are only permitted in the outer grassy perimeter.
Is smoking permitted?
The Heritage Port Amphitheater is a smoke-free facility.

Where can I park my car?
There is no designated festival parking in Downtown Wheeling. Mobility Impaired Accessible parking spots are on 12th St between Water and Main Streets at a first-come basis. Free on-street parking in downtown Friday after 4 PM and all day Saturday and Sunday. There are privately owned surface lots available throughout downtown and the Byrd Intermodal Parking Garage is located at 14th and Main.
