Festival Hours & Schedule

  • Friday Gates:

    • VIP & Canopy Spot: 2:00 PM

    • General Admission: 3:30 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: Gates open at 10:30a

  • Stages: Performances take place on the Main Stage and the Circus Tent Stage with minimal overlap.

  • AfterJam: Each night, join the official AfterJam at Waterfront Hall from 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM.

    • VIPs get in free

  • Daily Lineup & Schedule: Will be released June 1, 2026 on our website and social media.

Tickets & Entry

  • Ticketing: Refer to the Ticketing Page for pricing and availability.

  • On-Site Tickets: Available during the festival but at higher prices.

  • Re-Entry: Allowed with your wristband.

  • Refunds: No refunds for weather or unforeseen circumstances. Ticket insurance is available on the website—please review those guidelines before purchase.

  • Wristbands: Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced—please treat them like cash.

  • ADA Access: ADA tickets are available for those in wheelchairs, including accessible restrooms and viewing areas.

Parking & Transportation

  • Parking Garages:

    • The Intermodal Garage at 1401 Main Street

    • The Market Street Garage on the Corner of Market Street and 11th

    • The 10th Street Garage on 10th St

​      *THERE WILL BE AMPLE FREE CITY STREET PARKING*

  • Hotel Shuttles: Our goal is to provide free shuttles to and from all partner hotels. We will update the website accordingly with new information.

  • Rideshare Dropoff/Pickup: Corner of Main Street & 12th Street.

  • Bicycle Parking: Racks available outside Waterfront Hall. 

  • RVs & Campers: Please email us directly if you’re considering bringing a pull-behind camper or RV— we don't have a site for you yet, but we’d love to talk.

Lodging & Camping

  • Guests are encouraged to stay at one of our partner hotels. 

  • There is no on-site camping in 2026.

  • Our goal is to offer camping within walking distance of the festival grounds in 2027.

  • Hotel Shuttles: Our goal is to provide free shuttles to and from all partner hotels. We will update the website accordingly with new information.

Food & Beverage

  • Expect some of the best cuisine in our region. 

  • Beer, wine, and spirits will be sold on-site in 2026. 

  • Plenty of non-alcoholic beverage selections, vegan, and vegetarian food options will be available.

  • Water refill stations will be provided throughout the festival grounds.

  • Refillable water bottles are allowed.

  • Small, clear, soft-sided coolers with snacks and water are permitted.

  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Family & Kids

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

  • Kids under 12 get in free. GA Access Only 

  • Strollers are permitted.

​

​

Pets & Service Animals

  • Only service animals with proper paperwork are allowed.

  • We love them, but please do not bring pets, emotional support animals, or other animals to the festival.

Weather & Safety

  • Bluesfest is a rain or shine event. We are all taking the risk together. 

  • In the event of severe weather, additional exit gates will be opened to allow quick return to nearby parking garages.

  • We also recommend seeking shelter at Waterfront Hall if weather conditions are adverse.

  • Follow on-site announcements and official social media for real-time updates.

Prohibited Items

To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort:

  • No glass containers

  • No weapons

  • No drones or fireworks

  • No large umbrellas

  • Only 10x10 canopies are allowed for those who bought one of the 38 canopy spaces. 

  • Only clear bags and backpacks permitted into the festival

  • No outside alcohol

  • email us at live@waterfronthall.com with any questions related to prohibited items not listed.

Festival Services

  • Lost & Found: Located at the Main Entrance Tent.

  • First Aid: Staffed medical tent available near the main stage area.

  • Water Stations: Multiple refill points located throughout the grounds.

  • Merch Booth: Official Bluesfest merchandise will be available for purchase.

  • Volunteer, Vendor, and Sponsor Info:

    • Registration closes May 1, 2026.
