Canopies
If you wish to bring a canopy to the Heritage Music BluesFest
you must purchase a CANOPY PERMIT.

THOSE WISHING TO SET-UP CANOPIES FOR THE
21st ANNUAL BLUESFEST, WILL BE ASSIGNED
SET-UP ARRIVAL TIMES, IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.

Canopy set-up will be a 3-tiered system. You ARE NOT purchasing an assigned canopy LOCATION.
You are purchasing the RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE in one of 3 tiers. Canopy set-up will be assigned a canopy set-up time in the order they are received, within each tier. Canopy locations are not assigned, locations are the choice of the participant. Canopies must be set outside of the concrete tiers of the amphitheater
TIER 1 - SET-UP TIMES TBD
$200 per canopy

TIER 2 - SET-UP TIMES TBD
$100 per canopy
(20) 10x10 canopy spots available
TIER 3 - SET-UP TIMES TBD
$50 per canopy

PARTICIPANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY FRIDAY JULY 1, 2022
Online purchases after June 24 will be assigned a canopy set-up time in the order they are received.
TIER 3 CANOPY PERMITS MAY BE PURCHASED FOR $50
AT THE BLUESFEST MAIN GATE
BEGINNING AT 4 PM ON FRIDAY AUGUST 12TH
ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS.

beginning at 10 AM on June 24 and will continue until the tiers are sold out, at which point that tier will be closed. Participants will be notified by email of the canopy set-up time on or before July 1. Canopy locations are not assigned; locations are the choice of the participant. Canopies set up prior to Friday August 12, other than OFFICIAL BluesFest canopies, will be removed by BluesFest staff. Canopies must be placed outside of the concrete levels of the amphitheater.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
