If you wish to bring a canopy to the Heritage Music BluesFest
you must purchase a CANOPY PERMIT.
THOSE WISHING TO SET-UP CANOPIES FOR THE
19TH ANNUAL BLUESFEST, WILL BE ASSIGNED
SET-UP ARRIVAL TIMES, IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.
Canopy set-up will be a 3-tiered system. You ARE NOT purchasing an assigned canopy LOCATION.
You are purchasing the RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE in one of 3 tiers. Canopy set-up will be assigned a canopy set-up time in the order they are received, within each tier.
TIER 1 - 10:00AM - 10:20AM
$200 per canopy

TIER 2 - 10:20AM - 11:50AM
$100 per canopy
(20) 10x10 canopy spots available
TIER 3 - 11:50AM - ??
$25 per canopy

Online purchases after July 26 will be assigned a canopy set-up time in the order they are received.
TIER 3 CANOPY PERMITS MAY BE PURCHASED FOR $25
AT THE BLUESFEST MAIN GATE
BEGINNING AT 3 PM ON FRIDAY AUGUST 9TH
ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS.
Entries will be accepted online at:
beginning at 10 AM on July 19 and will continue until the tiers are sold out, at which point that tier will be closed. Participants will be notified by email of the canopy set-up time on or before July 27. Canopy locations are not assigned; locations are the choice of the participant. Canopies set up prior to 10:00 AM Friday August 9, other than OFFICIAL BluesFest canopies, will be removed by BluesFest staff. Canopies must be placed outside of the concrete levels of the amphitheater.
